Terms of service

Last updated: August 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of Replyflow — the website chat assistant, dashboard, APIs and related services. By creating a workspace or installing the widget you agree to them.

The service

Replyflow provides an AI assistant that answers visitors on your website from your own content, and optional features such as lead capture, appointment booking, phone and voice conversations, and human handoff. Features may evolve; we'll aim to improve, not surprise.

Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for what happens in your workspace. You must have the right to connect the websites you add and the content you upload (including any support transcripts used for voice training).

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful content or use, and nothing that infringes others' rights.
  • No spam, deception or harassment through the assistant.
  • Don't present the assistant as a human where the law requires bot disclosure — Replyflow labels it as an AI assistant by design; don't work around that.
  • No probing, overloading or attempting to break the service.

AI answers

Replies are generated by AI from your website content and your corrections. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are not professional advice. You're responsible for reviewing how the assistant represents your business and for correcting it — the dashboard exists for exactly that.

Your content

Your website content, conversations and leads remain yours. You grant Replyflow the license needed to operate the service on them — crawling, storing, processing with AI providers, and displaying them back to you. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Plans and billing

The free tier and paid plans are as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access for the period already paid. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice — never retroactively.

Availability

We work to keep Replyflow up (see the status page) but provide the service “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some capabilities depend on third-party providers we don't control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replyflow isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it.

Ending things

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders. Questions: support@replyflow.chat, or the chat on this page.
